Philip Tanzer
Philip is the Broker and Owner of the business and is always available for any advice or assistance during any part of a real estate transaction and keeps current with changing market trends and conditions.

Originally from England Philip has been a resident of Citrus County for twenty one years, making his home here with his wife and son. Gate House Realty consumes most of his time but he still manages to spend time with family and friends and get involved in the local community. He has just been elected president of the Sugarmill Woods Civic Association and is looking forward to serving his neighbors in that capacity. 

Apart from general real estate Philip can also assist you with new construction. After many years involved in the design process and sale of new homes, Philip can advise you on the best construction company to suit your particular needs.

Angela Tanzer
Angela has been a Realtor in Citrus County for seventeen years and enjoys all aspects of the real estate business. A local resident for twenty one years Angela can assist in all aspects of your relocation here.

Although originally from England, Citrus County is now home with husband Philip. Son Chris, recently married, lives nearby in the vibrant city of Tampa. Apart from real estate Angela  enjoys being active in the community and is president elect of the Rotary Club of Sugarmill Woods and serves on the board of the We Care Food Pantry. Any spare time is spent persuing hobbies of cooking, entertaining, and enjoying the natural beauty of our lovely Nature Coast.

Jack Keene
Jack has been a Realtor and resident of Sugarmill Woods for many years. He is very ably assisted by his wife Angelina. An avid golfer and fisherman, Jack also enjoys tending his beautiful garden and traveling.
